Major problems with article's clarity

There are a number of paragraphs in the article which I assume have been translated from Turkish or some other language as they do not make much sense when you read them. For example, the last paragraph under the heading "Rule" states the following:

"In Syria, the rebellion led by Zahir al-Umar, who cooperated with the admirals of the Russian navy in the Mediterranean, benefiting from the confusion caused by the Russian expedition of 1768 Russian campaign, and suppressed the rebellion in Egypt in 1775, as well as the Kölemen who were in rebellion in Egypt, was brought to the road. On the other hand, the confusion in Peloponnese was ended, and calm was achieved. Kaptanıderyâ Gazi Hasan Pasha and Cezzâr Ahmed Pasha played an important role in suppressing all these events."

The second paragraph under the heading "Treaty of Küçük Kaynarca" starts:

"With the Treaty of Küçük Kaynarca, the territory left, as well as Russia's ambassador at the Istanbul level and an authorised representative, this ambassador's participation in other ceremonies at the state ceremonies, the right to pass through the Straits to Russia, as the envoys of the Russian envoy were given immunity."

It would be helpful if someone with a good knowledge of Ottoman history in the late 18th century could review the article's historical information about Abdul Hamid I's reign. Chewings72 (talk) 11:21, 17 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
