Move to "Association of Southeast Asian Nations"

Articles of international unions are always written in full forms rather than acronyms. eg. European Union, South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation, Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation, Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization etc. So I shall be moving this page in 2 days if no one objects. The current page title is the result of Talk:ASEAN/Archives/2020#Requested move 31 January 2020. CMD (talk) 10:11, 8 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

Source #55's link no longer works

Source #55, https://www.oecd.org/coronavirus/policy-responses/covid-19-crisis-response-in-asean-member-states-02f828a2/ leads to a page which reads "Sorry, the requested page cannot be found. We can't seem to find the page you were looking for" 71.115.0.163 (talk) 02:14, 15 January 2025 (UTC)Reply

I've replaced it with an alternative source. W9793 (talk) 02:25, 15 January 2025 (UTC)Reply

In relation to Southeast Asia

I want to say... The addition of Timor-Leste to ASEAN would be the Association's full addition of the entire Southeast Asia. Someone (either I or anybody else) will update the other article, Southeast Asia 2405:4803:C6A0:CFE0:E0DF:8E4A:A80F:AD8B (talk) 07:54, 31 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

What, why? That doesn't seem like anything but a piece of trivia you noticed. Remsense ‥  08:02, 31 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
