Cyprus or Russia?

The article says the headquarters are in Moscow but that it is a "Cyprus holding company." Could this be a mistake? It it's headquartered in Moscow, that would seem to make it a Russian company. UncleFester 06:52, 18 October 2006 (UTC)

I think it is distinguishing the legal registration of the company (Cyprus), and where it has its main offices. -- Beardo 10:51, 18 October 2006 (UTC)

Any objective proof links? The ones in Google are round-linked over this wiki article. Being non-proved, provokes speculating. Should be either strongly confirmed, or deleted.
