Dead in Iraq...

Under the Deaths heading, would it be appropriate to list an approximate count of Iraqi civilian deaths? I don't mean politically appropriate; I don't care about that. I mean is the context of the category such that it would include important Iraq/2004-related death information, aside from the names of two famous people who died?
