Swiss retailer Coop

Coop is one of the biggest retailers in Switzerland. I expect a lawsuit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 46.253.186.62 (talk) 11:16, 21 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Operator of the registry

The primary sources themselves seem to conflict:

nic.coop[1] says that the registry is operated by Poptel.

However, the MCD home page says[2] that they operate it (as does this site [3])

MCD (part of Midcounties Co-operative) seems to be a successor of part of the former Poptel business, so I am going with that as the most recent. --Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) (Talk) 15:56, 3 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

A whois lookup of nic.coop on whois.nic.coop lists it as registered by Midcounties Co-operative. So it looks as though they just forgot to update the about page. --Zundark 23:02, 3 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

If .coop is a sponsored top-level domain then why is not listed in the article Sponsored top-level domain? Mike R (talk) 19:24, 22 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Good point. Done. --Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) (Talk) 16:33, 24 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
