pejorative comment about Mexicans

this paragraph needs to be removed immediately. there is absolutely no record of anything he's said that can confirm he's made negative comments about Mexicans. only person to be governor of two states

I think this is factually incorrect. Thomas McKean was president of Delaware and governor of Pennsylvania. Delaware renamed their president to be a governor after he left office, but it was the same office. So unless this is a point of nomenclature, I think it's an incorrect statement.
