Popești, Bihor

Template:Infobox Romanian subdivision Popești (Template:Langx, Template:Langx) is a commune in Bihor County, Crișana, Romania. One of the largest communes in the county, it is composed of seven villages: Bistra (Sebesújfalu), Budoi (Bodonos), Cuzap (Középes), Popești, Varviz (Várvíz), Vărzari (Füves), and Voivozi (Almaszeg).[1]

The commune is located in the northeastern part of Bihor County, Template:Cvt south of Marghita, Template:Cvt north of Aleșd, and Template:Cvt from the county seat, Oradea. Popești lies in the hydrographic basin of the river Bistra, nestled between the northern branch of the Template:Ill and the Derna foothills.[1]
