Perrytown is a town[1] in Hempstead County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 272 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Hope Micropolitan Statistical Area and was founded in 1959 by local entrepreneur Perry Campbell.

The racial makeup of the city was 87.45% White, 9.02% Black or African American, 0.39% Native American, 3.14% from other races. 4.31% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There were 119 households, out of which 19.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.8% were married couples living together, 7.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.3% were non-families. 26.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
