Its course crosses the following départements and communes:
- Hautes-Pyrénées: Bernadets-Debat
- Gers: Montesquiou, Saint-Arailles, Vic-Fezensac, Mouchan
- Lot-et-Garonne: Fréchou, Moncrabeau, Lannes
