Norris is a town in Pickens County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 813 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Greenville–Mauldin–Easley Metropolitan Statistical Area.

As of the census[3] of 2000, there were 847 people, 346 households, and 252 families residing in the town. The population density was Script error: No such module "convert".. The racial makeup of the town was 88.08% White, 9.68% African American, 0.47% Native American, 0.71% Asian, 0.59% from other races, and 0.47% from two or more races. There were 346 households, out of which 30.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.6% were married couples living together, 13.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 26.9% were non-families. 23.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.45 and the average family size was 2.88.
In the town, the population was spread out, with 23.8% under the age of 18, 6.6% from 18 to 24, 31.5% from 25 to 44, 24.3% from 45 to 64, and 13.7% who were 65 years of age or older.
