Hampden is a tiny city in Ramsey County, North Dakota, United States, which was founded in 1903. The population was 29 at the 2020 census.[1]

2010 census
As of the census of 2010, there were 48 people, 26 households, and 11 families residing in the city. The population density was Script error: No such module "convert".. There were 26 households, of which 15.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 34.6% were married couples living together, 7.7% had a male householder with no wife present, and 57.7% were non-families. 53.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 38.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.85 and the average family size was 2.55.
The median age in the city was 53.5 years. 16.7% of residents were under the age of 18; 4.2% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 12.6% were from 25 to 44; 33.4% were from 45 to 64; and 33.3% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 45.8% male and 54.2% female.

The median age was 42 years. For every 100 females, there were 122.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 121.7 males.
