Fair Use Rationale
- This painting is needed to visualise a style mentioned at length in the article, referred to as a combination of cubism and futurism.
- The work is low resolution, and is in no way suitable for reproduction
- Vorticism remains one of the less well known 20th c movements, and a visual example is needed to help educate and illustrate this important historic movement.
- Few works survive, and this is often considered the most important example, along with Bomberg's Bathers.
