• It is only a fraction of the whole cover
• It is directly referenced by the linked artile, Evil twin, and placed adjacent to the reference.
• The image is therefore being used solely for informational purposes, specifically, to show that the words "Evil twin" do indeed exist in print on a comic cover. Its inclusion "adds significantly to the article because the photo and its historical significance are the object of discussion in the article".
