Fair use rationale for List of companions in Doctor Who spin-offs

Though the picture is subject to copyright, I (Josiah Rowe (talk • contribs) 04:29, 30 August 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

1. The image is a low-resolution copy of a promotional photograph from the film Daleks – Invasion Earth: 2150 A.D.;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes about the character Tom Campbell, as played by actor Bernard Cribbins in the film;
3. No more free alternative exists, because the image is of a fictional character and all images of the character will have the same copyright status;
4. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the copyright holder's commercial use of the image in question.
