Fair use rationale for TFI Friday

This image, TFI Friday.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright User:Stubacca feels it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• The image is being used in the article as a visual example, which provides commentary on the television series from which the screenshot was taken.
• The image is referred to by the text.
• It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the DVD of the show in any way
• Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the program because it is low resolution
• The image is a screenshot from a television series so there is no free alternative
