Fair use in Dreamfall

Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of a video game cover.
2. There is no free alternative to replace it.
3. It does not limit the game publisher's rights to sell the game in any way.
4. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the game artwork on another DVD.
5. It is used solely for educational purposes to support the claim that the game is available on DVD-ROM.
6. The same artwork is used for the identification of the game on various popular video game websites, such as MobyGames (retrieved on 2007-06-03).
