Fair use for Bicycle messenger

Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws, and the stricter requirements of Wikipedia's non-free content policies, because:

1. It illustrates an educational article about Bicycle messengers.
2. It is a historically significant photo of a group of bicycle messengers in Salt Lake City, circa 1912.
3. It is of much lower resolution than the original. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality.
4. The photo is only being used for informational purposes.
5. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the educational value of the article, and helps the reader to understand the history of bicycle messengers.
6. Because the image depicts a non-reproducible historic event, there is almost certainly no free equivalent.
