One source (cited in the article) says that the exclusive reseller has stopped carrying the product and in fact that reseller (Pregnancy.com) no longer lists it on their website. A second source (cited in the article) says that the product has been completely discontinued. The manufacturer (Acu-gen) does still show the product as being available for sale.
