Clover Township is a township in Pine County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 316 at the 2000 census.
Clover Township was named for the red clover and white clover within its borders.[1]

The racial makeup of the township was 91.77% White, 0.32% African American, 1.90% Native American, 3.80% from other races, and 2.22% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.75% of the population.
There were 123 households, out of which 27.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 69.9% were married couples living together, 4.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 22.0% were non-families. 17.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
