• Prior to about 12 Jan 2011, the user edited on the ISP of Tiscali UK, including ranges 79.75.*, 79.67.*, and more recently 88.104.*, 88.105.*
• In July of 2009, Tiscali UK was acquired by TalkTalk, which also had acquired Opal Telecom in 2002.
• Since about 13 Jan 2011, the user's ISP has been Opal Telecom DSL of Liverpool, and the IP ranges changed to include 78.148.*, 78.150.*, 89.243.*, 92.25.*, 92.28.* and 92.29.*
• Geolocate indicates the user is physically located on the Isle of Man, whose closest major English city is Liverpool.
• Occasional apparently-legitimate ref desk questions emanate from those ranges, but their geolocate does not indicate Liverpool. An example would be Template:User-multi
• Traceroute indicates that ALL of the user's new IP's terminate at the router IP address 62.24.255.78.
