Cătina (Template:Langx; Template:Langx) is a commune in Cluj County, Transylvania, Romania. It is composed of six villages: Cătina, Copru (Kapor), Feldioara (Melegföldvár), Hagău (Hágótanya), Hodaie, and Valea Caldă (Melegvölgyitanya).

Demographics

According to the 2002 census, the commune had 2,203 inhabitants; Romanians made up 75.71% of the population, Hungarians made up 20.83%, and Roma made up 3.40%.[1] At the 2021 census, Cătina had a population of 1,567; of those, 74.92% were Romanians, 16.27% Hungarians, and 4.4% Roma.[2]
