Butte Meadows is a census-designated place[1] in Butte County, California, 5 miles off State Route 32 on Humboldt Rd. The area is just over one mile (1.6 km) from the Tehama County line. Butte Meadows first appeared as a census designated place in the 2010 U.S. Census.[4]
The 2020 United States census reported that Butte Meadows had a population of 74. The population density was Script error: No such module "convert".. The racial makeup of Butte Meadows was 74.3% White, 2.7% African American, 2.7% Native American, 1.4% Asian, 0.0% Pacific Islander, 10.8% from other races, and 8.1% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 18.9% of the population.
There were 38 households, out of which 31.6% included children under the age of 18, 55.3% were married-couple households, 15.8% were cohabiting couple households, 15.8% had a female householder with no partner present, and 13.2% had a male householder with no partner present. 15.8% of households were one person, and 10.5% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 1.95. There were 27 families (71.1% of all households).
The age distribution was 12.2% under the age of 18, 13.5% aged 18 to 24, 31.1% aged 25 to 44, 14.9% aged 45 to 64, and 28.4% who were 65Script error: No such module "String".years of age or older.
