Borca is a commune in Neamț County, Western Moldavia, Romania. It is composed of seven villages: Borca, Lunca, Mădei, Pârâul Cârjei, Pârâul Pântei, Sabasa, and Soci.
The commune is located in the northwestern part of Neamț County, Template:Cvt west of Târgu Neamț and Template:Cvt northwest of the county seat, Piatra Neamț, on the border with Harghita and Suceava counties.
