Adams is a town in Adams County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 1,378 at the 2020 census. The city of Adams is located within the town. The ghost town of Adams Center was also located in the town.

As of the census[3] of 2000, there were 1,267 people, 547 households, and 363 families residing in the town. The population density was Script error: No such module "convert".. The racial makeup of the town was 97.55% White, 0.32% Black or African American, 0.71% Native American, 0.32% Asian, 0.63% from other races, and 0.47% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.66% of the population.
There were 547 households, out of which 22.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.6% were married couples living together, 7.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 33.6% were non-families. 27.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
