Nobility vs. people
I just reorganized the layout a bit, because "nobility" was a superheader with "people" "places" and "other" as subheaders. Last I checked, nobility are people too (although some may dispute that), so I made "nobility" a subheader under "people."

People/surname page
I think we need another dedicated page for people with the name McCarthy and other variants.
