Tournament 1, Game 8

Wikipedia:Chess championship/Tournament 1/Game 8, in which Jasmine defeated ugen64, features this sequence of moves. If you examine the Algebraic notation, line 9 features Jasmine (white) moving a bishop to c6, capturing a black piece. This is the black knight which was moved there in line 3. Ugen64's immediate response to that bishop's move is dxc6, capturing the bishop with a neighboring pawn. ESkog 17:55, 12 Jun 2005 (UTC)
