Used "US-GDP" instead of "US" as the inflation index in all "Inflation" templates. Used "Format price" template to format inflation-adjusted results of "Inflation" templates, to automatically display amounts of a million (or billion) or more as numbers of millions (or billions) (e.g., "$1.2 billion").
