The person who got this asked ChatGPT for it (The link they use included utm_source=chatgpt.com’). The blog post itself does not indicate where they got the 67,500 number from. A more recent source indicated that, “As of 2020, the Kaplan Centre at the University of Cape Town estimates 52,300 Jews in the country.” So, how could the 67,500 number be accurate at all? The claim that 90% of South African Jews is unverified too.
