Get rid of 68030 citation that doesn't mention 68030 MIPS, and use the 50 MHz value, which is what the other citation gives. Replace ARM citation that doesn't mention MIPS with a citation that does. Mark a dead link as such. Consistently use a hyphen between "Cortex" and the core identifier. Just link to the pages for individual Cortex- cores when possible.

One clock per instruction cycle and some instructions take do take only 1 cycle, but there are instructions that take 8 cycles. JP is 4 cycles. Will call it 3 cycles average.
