Polias made her debut against [[Melbourne Victory W-League|Melbourne Victory]] on 25 October 2008.{{citation needed|date=August 2021}}

Polias was named [[Sydney FC W-League|Sydney FC]] player of the year in the [[2011–12 W-League]] season.{{citation needed|date=August 2021}}
