:::Use in an infobox in an article about the album is OK, as the article should (ideally) contain critical commentary about the album. But per the "minimal use" criterion of NFCC, we have to make sure our use of non-free content is minimal. So it suffices just to have it in the album article & it isn't really needed elsewhere.
