Please note that as of January 2009 Ryan has only been confirmed as the guest star in Planet of the Dead. All other media reports that she's been cast, or is about to be cast, as Matt Smith's companion (she'd presumably play the same character) should be taken as speculation until the BBC issues an official announcement. There is precedent, as I note in the article, as Catherine Tate had a trial run in a special, too, a year before she joined the series. The same might be happening here. But let's not post rumor unless the BBC says so (the Mirror is a major media outlet so I used it to cite the fact the speculation is circulating). :: That's fair enough, but when there has been multiple sourcing -- and the Mirror is considered a major media outlet in the UK; it violates [[WP:NPOV]] to state an opinion about its veracity -- then it should be noted. Plus I'd rather we include one single source that is a print source rather than have someone cite a bunch of blogs (which under Wikipedia's outdated RS rules aren't allowed anyway). Only the fact that she has been cast as Christina in the Easter special belongs on the page, all other speculation is OR or rumour-mongering until there is a BBC (or other reliable source) that states for a fact that she will be in further episodes. == Overlinking ==

I see the overlinking has come back '''yet again'''. There are three mentions of her relatively minor character in Doctor Who. All three are wikilinked, as are Doctor Who itself and the episode she appears in. I have taken out the second set of links to make the article look a lot better and it's been changed again. I had no communication from the editor who took issue with my changes the last time around and now I'm throwing it out here for discussion, because this is a huge lot of linking for such a short article. Anybody have any ideas for improvements? Because my proposal was to take out the links from the body of the article and just leave the ones in the table and in the lead.
