Great idea - I just put it in there.  I converted the references to use the footnote template, which I think is a step in the right direction, but the whole Java section comes from the one source and I assume the whole Microsoft section comes from the other. The comments about DAO 3.6 being the last and about no 64-bit versions are simply wrong.
