The &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Sujagi&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; is a [[flag]] with the [[hanja]] {{lang|ko|帥}}, pronounced {{transliteration|ko|su}} in [[Korean language|Korean]], that denotes a commanding general.  The whole term literally means, &amp;quot;Commanding general flag&amp;quot;.  Only one &amp;#039;&amp;#039;sujagi&amp;#039;&amp;#039; is known to exist in [[Korea]].  The color is a faded yellowish-brown background with a black character in its center. This type of flag was put in a fortress where a commanding general was located.&amp;lt;ref&amp;gt;{{Cite web |url=http://museum.kma.ac.kr/museum/image/ama/ama081002.jpg |title=Archived copy |access-date=2009-02-12 |archive-date=2011-07-19 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20110719031511/http://museum.kma.ac.kr/museum/image/ama/ama081002.jpg |url-status=dead }}&amp;lt;/ref&amp;gt;  In the case of the extant &amp;#039;&amp;#039;sujagi&amp;#039;&amp;#039; in Korea, it represented General [[Eo Jae-yeon]] who, in 1871, commanded the Korean military forces on [[Ganghwa Island]], which is off the northwest coast of present-day [[South Korea]], near the capital of [[Seoul]].
