The &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Polymorphic Programming Language&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; (&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;PPL&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;) was developed in 1969 at [[Harvard University]] by Thomas A. Standish.
