The '''Penglaizhen Formation''' ({{zh|s=蓬莱镇组|t=蓬萊鎮組|p=Péngláizhèn Zǔ}}), is a geological [[Formation (geology)|formation]] in [[Sichuan]], [[People's Republic of China|China]]. It was formerly thought to be [[Late Jurassic]] in age.
