The interchange constitutes exits 147A-B-C on [[Interstate 10 in Arizona|Interstate 10]], the final southbound exits on [[Arizona State Route 51|SR 51]], and exit 1A on [[Arizona State Route 202|Loop 202]]. In a 2007 study performed by ''[[Forbes]]'', the Mini Stack ranked number four in the United States in terms of delays with 22 million hours of delays each year. ==Shooting incidents==

From August to September 2015, the Mini Stack was the spot of [[Phoenix freeway shootings|a number of shootings]], which were connected to a larger string of shootings and other incidents that injured a teenage girl and damaged several vehicles.
