He was eliminated in the semi-finals in the [[Athletics at the 1908 Summer Olympics - Men's 400 metre hurdles|400 metre hurdles competition]]. He also participated in the [[Athletics at the 1908 Summer Olympics – Men's standing long jump|standing long jump event]], but his result is unknown.<br />
