==Scope==
The scope of this project is all articles in the [[:Category:Religious texts]]. Specifically, this project hopes to deal with all articles which relate or are a religious text. 
 
*(1) We will assist in the assessment of articles in the field of religious texts, particularly those articles which have not yet been assessed.

*Add all articles within the direct scope of this project to the [[Wikipedia:WikiProject Religious texts/watchlist]] list by category.
*Check [[Special:Recentchangeslinked/Wikipedia:WikiProject Religious texts/watchlist|recent changes]] for recent changes to these articles.
*Provide assessments listed under "[[Wikipedia:WikiProject_Religious texts/Assessment#Requesting_an_assessment|Requesting an assessment]]", following [[Wikipedia:WikiProject_Religious texts/Assessment#Instructions|the project standards]].
*Improve current [[:Category:GA-Class_Religious texts_articles|GA-class]] and [[:Category:A-Class_Religious texts_articles|A-class]] articles to [[WP:FA?|FA standards]] so they may pass a [[WP:FAR|featured article review]].
*Improve [[:Category:B-Class_Religious texts_articles|B-class]] or A-class articles to [[WP:WIAGA|GA standards]] that have not passed a [[WP:GAC|GA review]].
