Thank you for becoming a member of [[Wikipedia:WikiProject Theatre|WikiProject Theatre]]! With your hard work we hope to build a comprehensive compendium of theatrical knowledge here on Wikipedia. Since its founding in May of this year, not much has happened here so I have started a discussion on the project’s talk page to arouse some interest and discussion. Thanks for your response on the talk page. It's nice to know that someone is paying attention. I have recently started an article assessment for Theatre ([[Wikipedia:WikiProject Theatre/Article_assessment|Assessment page]]). My concentration has really been more in the creative side of theatre (my own training is mostly in that as well) so there is a lack of work on the technical side of theatre. I'll add a list of technical theatre articles to the assessment page. Please take a look and help out if you are so inclined! Thanks! * Hi Dan, thanks for your comments on my talk page.  I have given myself the goal of trying to assess 10 articles a day, 5 in the AM and 5 in the PM.  At that rate the backlog could be gone by the end of Jan.  Your help is very welcome, as time permits.  There are about 300 articles to be assessed.  Then there are some that are assessed already for quality, but not for importance, or the other way around.  But, one thing at a time.  One day at a time and we can do great things!
