As of the date I post this, the article states "The building is located at 1114 Sixth Avenue". Well, maybe it was located there at the time the sentence was typed, if the park that was there at one time was their land and their address and they possibly even had a west-facing front door. But lately, the building doesn't touch Sixth Avenue. Upon that former park was built an HBO building. So the "1114 Sixth" is just a vanity-address today. "Their address is ..." would be correct but "They're located on ..." is not correct. UNLESS (and this is doubtful) the HBO building is considered to be part of 1114 Sixth and they're all connected.
