I was looking at the entry for [[Urban tribe]] which includes the following statement:

My inclination is to remove the "rapidly growing" assertion.  Even if Urban Tribes are or recently have been rapidly growing (probably subject to debate anyway), such a trend would have to be quite ephemeral.  As such, I wonder if it is appropriate for an encyclopedia article.

There has been a misunderstanding here. The term "[[urban tribe]]" was originally coined by french sociologist '''Michel Maffesoli'''.
