I just removed the following statement:

This is not true; the state of Washington has rural speed limits of 70 mph and urban speed limits of 60 mph on interstates.  It's also a relatively common speed limit on rural two-lane roads, IIRC. -- [[User:Northenglish|Northenglish]] 02:51, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
