'''Secret Polish Army''' ({{Langx|pl|Tajna Armia Polska}}, {{Abbreviation|TAP|Tajna Armia Polska}}) was a [[Polish resistance movement in World War II|Polish resistance movement]] founded in November 1939 in [[Occupation of Poland (1939–1945)|German-occupied Poland]], which was active in the [[Voivodeships of Poland|voivodeships]] of [[Warsaw Voivodeship (1919–1939)|Warsaw]], [[Podlaskie Voivodeship|Podlasie]], [[Kielce Voivodeship (1919–1939)|Kielce]] and [[Lublin Voivodeship|Lublin]].

Founders were:
* Lieutenant Colonel [[Jan Włodarkiewicz|Jan Henryk Włodarkiewicz]] "Darwicz" – Chief of the Staff
* Cavalry Lieutenant [[Witold Pilecki]] "Witold"
* Lieutenant Colonel {{ill|Władysław Surmacki|pl}} "Stefan"

In 1940, it and several other underground organizations merged into the [[Confederation of the Nation]]. In 1943, the latter became part of the Polish [[Home Army]].
