The '''People's Progressive Movement''' was a [[political party]] in [[Barbados]]. It first contested national elections in [[1956 Barbadian general election|1956]], when it received 1.7% of the vote, but failed to win a seat.<ref name=DN>Nohlen, D (2005) ''Elections in the Americas: A data handbook, Volume I'', p93 {{ISBN|978-0-19-928357-6}}</ref> It did not contest the [[1961 Barbadian general election|1961 elections]], but returned in [[1966 Barbadian general election|1966]], when it received just 0.4% of the vote,<ref>Nohlen, p92</ref> again failing to win a seat.
