==Biography==
Minić graduated from secondary school in Čačak, then from the [[University of Belgrade]]'s [[University of Belgrade Faculty of Law|Law School]].<ref name="ministry">{{cite web |title=List of the Ministers for Foreign Affairs Since the Forming of the First Government in 1811 (Milos Minic) |url=http://www.mfa.gov.rs/en/diplomatic-tradition/ministers-through-history |website=mfa.gov.rs |publisher=Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia}}</ref> From 1935 he was a member of the then-illegal [[Young Communist League of Yugoslavia]] (SKOJ), as well as the [[Communist Party of Yugoslavia]] (KPJ), holding senior positions in both organizations.<ref name="ministry" /> During the [[partisans (Yugoslavia)|Partisans]]' war against [[Germany]] and [[Italy]], Minić held both party and military posts from 1941.<ref name="ministry" />

After the liberation of Serbia from Nazi occupation, he was the head of [[OZNA|Department for the Protection of the People]]'s Belgrade branch, then public prosecutor of Serbia and representative of the military prosecutor of the [[Yugoslav People's Army]] (JNA). He then held several posts in the Yugoslav and Serbian government.
