Lubowa is bordered by [[Kabowa]] to the north, [[Najjanankumbi]] and [[Makindye]] to the northeast, [[Munyonyo]] to the east, [[Kaazi]] to the southeast, [[Kajjansi]] to the south, [[Nakigalala]] to the west, and [[Buddo]] to the west.
