'''Janet Ruth Nutter''' (born April 2, 1953) is a retired [[diving (sport)|diver]] from [[Canada]], who was supposed to represent her native country at the [[1980 Summer Olympics]], but failed to do so after the boycott. A resident of [[Thornhill, Ontario]] she twice won a medal at the [[Pan American Games]] (1975 and 1979), and two medals (gold and bronze) at the [[1978 Commonwealth Games]].
