It depends who you ask. Talking to most organisations or companys is useless; 99.99% of the time they don't respond to you. The area where I've had the most success is talking to (well, emailing) individual website owners of [semi-]frequently updated websites, as they seem to be more likely to reply. I don't really understand fairuse at the moment, so I try to use it as little as possible. Somebody in the WWW 06:43, 24 Dec 2004 (UTC)
