It would be useful if someone could add a very basic introductory paragraph expaining the context of procedural code for non-technical minded people. I found this by hitting "Random page", and have no idea what it means... Rayray 13:09, 18 Mar 2005 (UTC)

This is a biased article. It contains some neutral statements, but some are just opinion. A much better article on the subject is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Procedural_programming. kingmundi
